However Boa Vista is the third largest nesting site in the world for the logger head turtles! If you are holidaying between the end of June and October it is a MUST! We take you to the protected beaches of Boa Vista to see for yourselves these incredible marine reptiles coming ashore to lay their eggs. An experience like never before! The prime nesting period is August however towards the end of the season the nests begin to hatch and you can witness this spectacle of nature yourselves. All with the comfort of knowing a percentage of the fees go back into the conservation.
